Flowers gathered
for Brisbane
light.
Cottage-garden roses, met with the natives and subtropicals that actually love it here. Every bunch is cut and built the day it goes out, from our little studio off Latrobe Terrace.

Cottage-garden romance,
grown for the subtropics.
We put the roses and sweet peas of an English garden next to the flowers that shrug off our heat and our summer storms: king protea, banksia, kangaroo paw, and jacaranda when the streets go violet.
Nothing sits in a cold room for a week. Every arrangement is gathered and built the day it leaves us, so it holds up in Brisbane light.

Anatomy of a Paddington ceremony arch
What goes into a statement piece, stem by stem.
“The loveliest flowers I have been sent, and the only ones that lasted a fortnight in a Brisbane summer.”
